Returning Clients - 30 Minute follow up
Service Description
Your follow up e consultation will take approximately 30 minutes. During your return consultation we will discuss your holistic treatment plan and review the next steps you have been recommended to take to see how this has been working for you. We will discuss your current prescription and formulations/herbs and determine if we need to make any further changes to ensure we are maximising your overall sense of vitality and working towards your health goals.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Terms -Appointments can be made online, via phone, or in person. -Payment is required on the day of consultation by cash of EFT. -Herbal medicines are charged separately and must be paid for before dispensing. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling -Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. -Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% cancellation fee or the full consultation fee, at the discretion of the practitioner. -If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or reduce your appointment time. 3. Initial & Follow-Up Consultations -Initial Consultations: 60 minutes – a comprehensive review of your health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. -Follow-Ups: 30 minutes – to monitor progress, adjust your herbal prescription, and provide ongoing support. -Consultations are conducted in person or via telehealth where suitable. 4. Client Responsibilities -Provide full and accurate health information, including any medications, supplements, or pre-existing conditions. -Notify us of any changes to your health or medication prior to your consultation. -Contact us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions to prescribed herbs. 5. Confidentiality & Records -All client information is confidential and handled in accordance with privacy laws. -Your information will not be shared without your written consent, unless legally required or in case of emergency. 6. Herbal Medicines -Herbal prescriptions are personalised and dispensed by your practitioner after your consultation. -These are not included in the consultation fee. -Refunds are not available on dispensed herbal medicines unless faulty or incorrectly prepared. 7. Scope of Service -Herbal medicine is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care. -Our practitioners do not prescribe pharmaceutical drugs or offer diagnostic services.
