Integration sessions may include elements of processing and inquiry, so you can understand your ceremony experiences more clearly, or discover what teachings are hidden in challenging life experiences. We aim to provide you with guidance on how to integrate these into your life successfully to cultivate becoming more aware and compassionate to ourselves and those around us.
