An initial consultation lasts around 60 minutes and will involve an individualised prescription which may encompass herbal medicine, supplements, spagyrics, diet and lifestyle advice. ome of the areas we will explore are present health concerns regarding onset, nature of symptoms, medical history, and relevant family history. Overview of your diet, lifestyle, any recent pathologies, or functional testing as well as anything else that is potentially relevant to understanding your unique physiology and environment. In order to facilitate healing, generally changes will need to be made, so we will support you in doing what is required to facilitate the bodies innate ability to heal.
Follow Up Consultation - $80
Your follow up e consultation will take approximately 30 minutes. During your return consultation we will discuss your holistic treatment plan and review the next steps you have been recommended to take to see how this has been working for you. We will discuss your current prescription and formulations/herbs and determine if we need to make any further changes to ensure we are maximising your overall sense of vitality and working towards your health goals.

A discovery call is really just a quick discussion to find out if we are the right fit for you and we don't delve into your condition or offer any treatment suggestions in this conversation. Acute consultations are available at our Apollo Bay dispensary to discuss a quick or acute health concern that requires a quick fix utilising a product from our dispensary. Our acute consultations are short (15 minute), targeted consultations suitable for acute or self-limiting conditions where you feel like you need a little natural healing support. The appointments are available to new and continuing clients. Examples of acute conditions which may be suitable for these appointments include: cold/flu, seasonal allergy, pain, infections, stress, anxiety and acute digestive complaints. By appointment only.
